If you'd like, you can call me your Chief Encouragement Officer. Don't worry, I'm not overly bubbly, but I am a very positive person. In fact, my hiking friends gave me the trail name, Sunshine. When others are down and out, want to give up or say, "Ash, I really want to do this hard thing", I can't help myself. I've got to butt in. I've got to butt in because I know what's possible on the other side of the discomfort.

And let me tell you, it's amazing.

I know what's possible because I've been there.

With my heart beating at the frequency of an airplane engine, I've commanded stages, quit jobs to start businesses, asked for more money in the boardroom, and hiked 275 miles across northern Spain -- all Big Things, all Hard Things, all things that required me to feel the fear and do it anyway.

And, not only have those things fed my ambition, but I didn't accomplish them alone. I had help.

Now, I want to be that help for you.
